Oliver Rhodes Developments is a customer service led building and renovation company dealing solely with residential projects. Our commitment to finishing jobs to our customers’ satisfaction, intelligent project management tools and love of seeing a job well done make us the choice for extensions and renovations in London and the South East.

Oliver Rhodes runs the company and works as the principal project manager. Oliver came from a corporate client service background and set up Oliver Rhodes Developments Ltd from his experience of not being able to get the personal touch that he required when doing his own developments.

We pride ourselves on being able to give the client that extra personal service that is lacking in the building industry. From start to finish we ensure that you’re informed to make sure that you get the final outcome that you desire. Our client service makes the whole experience enjoyable and less stressful.

Our process controls the whole job - from initially working with the architect, whether recommended by us or already chosen by you, through to the final interior design and decorating. You may only require us for the building work, or you may just want a redesign and redecoration. Whatever the project, it’s up to you how much of the process you want us to manage and how closely you want to be involved.

The majority of our work comes from referrals. Our success is built on our reputation and it is in our interest to complete every project to a high standard of finish and ensure that every client is happy.
