Every Oliver Rhodes Developments project has a dedicated site manager who is on-site every day.
No hiding. No unanswered mobile. Just good, honest customer service.
If you are living in the property whilst the work is completed your site manager ensures minimum disruption. If you’re not living on-site then they are your first point of
contact, being easy to contact and completely up to date with your work's status.
Project Manager
Oliver Rhodes is personally involved in every job and meets with clients weekly, or more often if required.
The first time you’ll meet Oliver is at the initial scoping of your project. We make a point of meeting at
your property before providing an estimate, no matter the size of job, because understanding each other is an
essential part of the process when instructing us as your builder.
Throughout your project Oliver works as the project manager, meeting with you, working with your site
manager, providing valuable experience and guidance. Your project manager drives the site manager and team to
successful completion of your development.
Communication
At the start we produce a schedule of works, detailed to an appropriate level.
As your project progresses you receive informal ad-hoc communications, a written weekly status report and
we strongly encourage weekly client site meetings. We keep you informed, ensure your input on important
decisions and keep your overall involvement at a level that suits you and your availability.
Structured communication, used in so many other businesses, helps keep our jobs on-track, our customers
informed and prevents the inevitable issues becoming problems.
